Frequently asked questions
Is it possible for ASPE to notify me when a new offer is available?
Your training advisor can inform you when relevant offers that might interest you are posted. Contact your advisor for more details. We also clearly mark newly posted offers with a red label when they are first made available. Newly posted offers are labeled new for a month after they are made available.
Can I request a white paper on a specific topic?
Yes, although we can't guarantee that we'll write a white paper on your topic. However, we can guarantee that we will have a look at your topic to see if it might be appropriate for one of our subject matter experts to address. We work hard to deliver information and technical aids on the topics our customers need most, and we review every request for white papers.
Do you have offers or free resources not listed here?
These are the SDLC offers we currnently have available. However, if you are an IT professional, you may be interested in our ASPE-IT white paper area. (Note: you will leave this site.) If you are involved in marketing or social media, ASPE's ROI Division also has resources available for marketing and internet commerce professionals.
How often do you post new offers?
Frequency of new offers varies. We typically try to make at least one new resource available per month, but sometimes we may post several new offers within a short period of time. On rare occasions it will be longer than a month before a new offer is posted.
